Rogue Warrior: Domino Theory ReviewI just LOVE Seals.
They are tough.
They can take intense pain. They can stay awake for hours in the cold mud of smelly disgusting swamps.
They know how to blow things up for good.
The Rogue Warrior travels to India to set up security arrangements for the Commonwealth Games. He and his men find themselves up to their underpants (black as to not show skid marks which would be embarrassing even for a Navy Seal) in bad but smart terrorists of all types--Swedish with Pakistanis origins. The bad guys want to disrupt the Games in a very disruptive way. Seal Dick and his young bucks uncover the plot to steal all seven nuclear warheads the (Eastern, not Western)Indians have amassed.
The Warriors must overcome obstacles to prevent disaster. Including but not limited to a high-tech remote controlled attack helicopter. A chemical factory about to go boom, followed by more BOOMS until the whole factory is a mass of molten melted sulfur and tea.
There is some humor in the book, not much, but some that will, make you laugh, as you, read about, bad, guys, getting killed, which will, also, make, you smile. Marcinko and DeFelice sprinkle the action with the trademark Rogue Warrior that you have come to love from all the other books with humor and Apple asides in the latest installment of the best-selling series.
Me highly recommends this book. You will understand what Navy Seals do and what they don't do and what they could do to you if they were mad or angry with you (DO NOT I repeat, DO NOT EVER EVER piss a Navy Seal off because it will be the very last thing you ever do.
